Brief summary of job profile :
This position leads the digital product development and online sales for Highlands Coffee first party (1P) digital channels, including mobile app, website ecommerce, social media commerce.
This person will be highly collaborative with cross-functional team members, to understand and deliver to consumer needs, develop digital product roadmaps, execute data integrations and reporting, and build digital marketing capabilities and programs that drive customer acquisition, sales, referrals and customer lifetime value.
Key Accountabilities :
Commercial - achieve sales, profit & ROI targets for all 1P digital commerce activities
Digital Products lead the development and continual improvement of all 1P digital products
Data & Insights ensure key data flows, dashboards, reports and insights are being generated, used and acted upon
Partnerships & Vendors ensure the most relevant partnerships and vendor relationships are in place and are actively managed that drive our business forward
People & Operating Model - lead and develop a highly effective team to deliver the above business outcomes. Ensuring up-to-date processes, systems, tools and trainings are being deployed and used

Education / Training Qualifications
Degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Advertising or related communications / business degree required
Masters degree preferred
Experience
Minimum 4 years experience in digital sales and marketing, with a well- rounded knowledge of developing own channels : mobile app(focus) / web / Tele / social networks.
Experience in foodservice mobile apps for dine-in, take-away and delivery (Either brand owned or aggregator platforms) will be a plus
Profit & Loss responsibility (revenue responsibility at a minimum)
Knowledge of :
Mobile app development, launch, growth
Digital Commerce, Omnichannel Commerce, Ecommerce
UX / UI & online operations across app / web / social channels
Google Marketing Platform (including Analytics, Search Ads, GTM, GMB), Facebook, Instagram, SMS and Email Service Platforms
CRM & Loyalty, Customer Acquisition & Lifetime Management
Digital Performance Marketing, Data Analytics, A / B Testing
Brand & Product Marketing
Consumer Research
Financial Reports and Profit & Loss Management
Skills (Ability to) :
Monitor and manage online sales channels to drive revenue, at acceptable cost (mobile app focus)
Ability to manage internal creative resources, external marketing and media agencies
Digital media analytics, reporting, dashboards and software. Ability to direct internal data analyst resources
Forward thinking mindset to test new digital marketing strategies
Strong leadership, critical thinking, decision making skills
Ability to build trust and influence broad range of stakeholders internal, external
Excellent presentation & communication skills. Strong Vietnamese & English language skills
