  • Making sure good environment of working to employers / employees
  • Developing the employee's skill / promotion system for company's benefits.
  • Reaching for company's benefits and motivating employees : right jobs to right persons
  • PERFORMANCE REQUESTS

    Achievement result, well discipline, honest, teamwork, efficiency, smart, ethic, innovation, accuracy, time management and others assign by BOD

    Yêu cầu công việc

    1. Education

  • Vietnamese with university degree.
  • Excellent in English
  • HRBP knowledge
  • Professional HR best practices qualification
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office applications
  • 2. Experience in Human Resources Manager

  • Very details in job and accuracy
  • Minimum 7 years working experience in the HR Manager of foreign companies (Furniture is preferred)
  • Solid background in Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Good experience in KPI system
  • Strong TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
  • Strong knowledge of HR Practices system
  • Budgeting and cost control
  • Leadership skill and professional service
  • Previous experience using HR software
  • Overall knowledge in manufacturing practices
  • Ability to work independently and under high pressure in a team spirit
  • To be willing to travel if necessary
