Recruitment - 60% :
Create, implement & manage human resources development plans, make sure they support company’s vision, mission and direction, include :
Recruit all current and future vacancies, make sure to find the right people, put them in the right place at the right time.
Create company’s Employer Value Proposition, build and improve Employer Branding.
Training & Development - 15% :
Be aware of internal training demand or necessity.
Raise awareness on training needs for all employees.
Create, implement & manage all internal training plans on developing employees’ skills and competencies.
Employee Relation - 15% :
Create and effectively implement all the enterprise culture activities as well as employee relation, such as : Happy hours, monthly activities, CEO Talk Show
Start building and raising interest on learning and growing culture.
Guide and supervise people in following company’s rules, regulation and culture.
C&B - 10% :
Create, implement and manage policies such as regulation, compensation & benefit, social insurance, personal income tax.
Advice company on complying Vietnamese Law for those policies.
Yêu cầu công việc
At least 2 years of experience in a similar management position (HRBP and headhunting experience are highly recommended) with strong recruitment experience, especially in recruiting Team Leader / Manager positions.
Require candidates with human resources management experience in enterprise of over 200 people.
Strong high-level candidate sourcing, interviewing and candidate evaluation skill.
Candidates who are open-minded, creative with can-do attitude; strong data-driven mindset with planning and organizing capability.
Can create impact, influence, train, coach and motivate people.
Prefer candidate who have experience in applying modern people management frameworks (such as OKR, Agile), with understanding and practical experience in Labor, Social Insurance and Personal Income Tax laws.
Prefer candidate with HRM experience in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation and IT Company / Enterprise.
English fluency in 4 skills, minimum equivalent to IELTS (no certificate required).
