You will be responsible to provide technical support, pre-sales, and post-sales support for the i-PRO professional range of Security products such as Video Management systems, IP cameras, NVR, CCTV, and wireless products, etc.
To be the expert for i-PRO Security products for technical support and propose security solutions to customers in various industries.
To conduct product seminar incl. new product training and presentation / demonstration for sales channels eg. Distributors, System Integrator (SI) partners, and end-users
Provide project support with partner companies incl. spec-in activity and technical support
To provide after-sales support incl. technical support and FAQ documentation while engaging in quality control procedures to ensure that systems are efficient and operational
To conduct competitors and security market analysis and source for partners and provide support for these partners to integrate i-PRO security products with 3rd party products
Work closely with the i-PRO APAC sales team to grow the business and achieve the BP target as a group.
University graduate : Electronics, Hardware, and Software, Networking field
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
Experience in CCTV solutions : Analog and IP
Have knowledge and passion for CCTV products and solutions.
Able to work under pressure and respect the deadline.

Good skill in hardware and software to ensure system smooth operation
Good in Microsoft office : excel, word, PowerPoint
Good skill in Auto CAD, Visio, etc to design system
Able to work independently and good teamwork spirit
Have experience working in an international environment
Exceptional communication skills and ability to drive business outcomes
Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing work priorities
A can-do attitude with the ability to problem solve issues as they arise
