We are looking for someone with :

Working experience within the life insurance agency team

Good communication and interpersonal skill

Detail oriented

On the job you will :

Coordinate with Sales Heads / Sales Managers and other departments to proceed PSM+ recruitment, offers, contracts

Assess and appoint internal PSM+ promoted from agency managers, including location restructuring

Assessment and appointment GTF managers Manage and control candidate’s profiles, ensure all profiles are scanned and stored properly

Coordinate with related departments to implement and maintain agency recruitment processes

Monitor agent recruitment reports and new hired PSM+ and GTF managers performance report

Support and coordinate with other members to execute activities of department Implement / enforce the procurement as the Company’s standards

Review and recommend improvements on related policies and procedures to provide excellent support and service

Execute department’s admin tasks
