Job Description

Manage the overall Beverage operation to ensure luxury Forbes 5 star level of service and guest experience

Work closely with all outlet managers and bartenders to ensure that quality and consistency of the beverage program is maintained

Create innovative Beverage events and promotions to ensure exceptional financial performance

Ensure excellent and efficient communication within the team and with other departments

Reports to the Director of F&B

Work Experience

3 - 5 years similar position in a 5 star Upscale or Luxury setting

Experience as mixologist / head bartender

Wine knowledge is a required. Level III or sommelier certification is a plus

Whiskey knowledge is a plus

Western culinary background

Large creativity and guest contact required

Asian experience is a plus
