Admin Responsibilities :
Supporting staffs of Incubation services with daily activities. (Car booking, air ticket booking, payment ....)
Update employee information, prepare contracts for related staff. Exchange information for HR
Assistant to calculate salary.
Monitor and declare Personal Income Tax quarterly with tax authorities. Yearly finalization report.
Tracking payment and update to related files and report to MD, GD (REC file, IS file ...)
Communicate with customers.
Managing in visas, work permits, temporary residence cards procedure for foreigners.
Tracking and issue monthly invoices sent to customers according to schedule.
Other tasks as assigned by the direct Manager.
BA in administration management / economic
1 years experience in the same position
Technical skills : Organization
Good at Microsoft Office / Excel
Good at English, can use French is plus
