Functional Objective :
We are looking for a talented Social Media Specialist to join our growing Content department. You will get to create and lead the perceptions of some of the most recognized fitness brands in the country.
Join us to help increase our brand’s exposure, engagement and relevance through social media platforms.
Your role is the link between business and social media followers, using marketing strategies and social media know-how to deliver our brand's message in a creative way.
Report to : Head of Content
Key Responsibilities :
30% Social media plan & report :
Develop social media monthly & yearly plan based on marketing & business goals
Contribute to define social media KPIs / targets / goals per campaign
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Performance, Operation, Partnership) to develop and integrate marketing plan & partnership programs into social media strategy
Present to Senior Management
60% Social media deployment & execution :
Craft compelling and relevant copies for social media posts
Create, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, news) on company’s social platforms and communities (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Spotify, LinkedIn, Chat apps, Tiktok, etc wherever relevant).
Able to film simple videos for certain formats like stories
Develop concepts, produce and drive adoption to livestreams, live events, podcasts
Monitor closely the creating and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar, making sure all content will be aired on-time and on-brief
Work closely with Creative & Production team (designers, producer, editors) and freelancers to produce design, videos, copies and ensure content is informative, on-point, on-brand and appealing
Brief relevant teams and agencies to smoothly operate and execute social media plan
Adhere to brand guidelines & community standards
10% research & optimization :
Stay up-to-date with current technologies, best practices, tools, applications, channels, design, trends and strategy in social media
Research on current benchmark trends and audience insight.
Analyze, review and measure effectiveness of on-going campaigns in an effort to maximize results
Make recommendations to optimize on-going campaigns based on set metrics and data
Generate performance reports to have key learning for upcoming projects.
Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
Content plan and calendar delivered consistently, meeting content guideline & brand standard
Improve brand’s social media performance and brand sentiment indicators across digital platforms
Report and optimisation planning monthly
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
University graduate (Major in Marketing / Media / Communications / Business is preferable)
Meticulous (precise and care to details), proactive, and willing-to-learn. Well planned, good at influencing skill and ability to work across functions
Skills : Social content, social media, presentation skill, proposal making
Proficiency in office computers (Powerpoint, Word, Excel...) & online working platforms
English and Vietnamese fluency
Understanding of Health + Fitness categories would be an advantage
2+ years experience in Social Media
