Operations :

  • Drive customer relationship management and retention program : Responsibility for building up new and maintain existing customer relationships and ensuring the provision of excellent customer service and support.
  • Responsibility for the control and monitoring of budgets as well as ensuring effective expense planning and cost controls.
  • Crisis management and complaint handling.
  • Cooperation with our production
  • Team Recruitment and Development :
  • Recruitment for the sales team.
  • Motivate; mentor and monitor sales staff efficiency.
  • Growth sales staff and sales stars.
  • And other tasks as required by the Country Manager.

  • Drive sales, Sales management
  • Drive sales strategy, sales process and monitor product sales events
  • Training, sales coaching, performance management.
  • Develop, execute, and meet short- and long-term sales goals.
  • Identify and convert business opportunities
  • Marketing :

  • Plan and drive marketing activities through online and offline channel
  • Ensure brand is promoted accurately and professionally in any communications with actual and potential partners and customers
  • Maintain an up-to-date and sound overview of products, programs and services to enable the provision of informed business development support to internal colleagues for sales purposes.
  • Achieve KPIs and ensure the satisfaction of key partners

  • At least four to five years of proven office management, administrative experiences.

  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Knowledge of accounting, human resources management, data and administrative management practices and procedures as added advantage.
