Job Description

  • Develop new business opportunities to meet trends.
  • Help develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Facilitate client requirements meetings both in person and / or remotely using current online presentation applications.
  • Report weekly sales forecasts.
  • Develop market analysis to identify customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
  • Stay current with client needs, competition, and industry trends.
  • Deliver sales presentations / proposals to prospective clients with a successful closing rate.
  • Develop and manage client & agency relationships.
  • Evaluate accounts.
  • Maintain active participation and membership in networking organizations
  • Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly.
  • Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on warranties or guarantees.
  • Requirement

  • Have 3+ years’ experience in cosmetic sales field.
  • Have understanding of Vietnamese cosmetic market.
  • Have experience for B2B, have B2C will be plus.
  • Someone is able to suggest efficient marketing methods for our products.
  • Can do attitude.
  • Candidate has connection with distributors and retail shops and who can bring sales result from them.
