Understanding the recruitment needs of departments in the Company
Planning and implementing effective recruitment solutions
Actively looking for candidate in various channels : referral, social networking, etc.
Managing recruitment process : post job, screen resumes, schedule interviews, input database, evaluate candidates, generate offer letter.
Managing canditates data base, writing analysis report on recruitment for the administration needs
HR GENERAL (15%)
Supporting in company activities (team building, year end party..)
Other HR activities as superior's request.
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Vietnamese. Prefer : Male. Age : under 32.
2. Bachelor degree in Human Resource / Business Administrative / Law / English is preferable
3. At least 3 years exeperience in Recruitment & Selection, prefer in technical field.
4. Active, dynamic under high working pressure, able to work independently
5. Good communication & negotiation skill
6. Good in English (both oral and writing) is preferable
7. Good office application (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
