As a Financial Analysis Specialist, you will be responsible for developing communications plans, policies, standards, material and content in specific area of expertise to increase awareness and engagement of the ABB brand globally with internal / external stakeholders.
Reporting to Business Controller oversee supporting preparation of relevant organization financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Validating accuracy of financial data and business information and reports by performing reconciliations and review of exceptions.
Supporting analysis of business performance versus budget and forecast and proposes improvement actions performing benchmarks of key performance indicators with external and internal peers.
Providing information to management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports, making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations.
Optimizing own performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplications, coordinating information requirements.
Providing input to negotiations on commercial issues. Provides input in local risk review process.
Supporting the Project Manager in adherence to corporate governance, integrity, assurance, internal control, group charter, business.
Maintains proper audit trail and documentation for future tax / internal / external audits and reviews.
Ensuring processes and controls within own area of responsibility are de-signed and implemented in line with Group and unit requirements.
Supporting business transactions related to Tax, Customs, Treasury supporting the tender manager on financial aspects.
Provides input to negotiations on commercial issues
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
More than 2 years of experience in a Financing role, with Project experience beneficial.
Experience with computerized accounting systems and financial reporting software, knowledge in SAP is a plus
Being able to work in team, thorough communication skills to cooperate with different functions and stakeholders.
