Work closely with the Head of unit, Product Owner and Development teams (IT) to assist in the designing, developing product, UAT testing and bug tracking for the company application(s) to assure the new or existing product related functionalities on the system are running smoothly and as expected.
Responsible to monitor and report on the performance of entrusted products against P&L goals, business and customers’ expectations.
Support on defining product key measures, triggers for monitoring and reporting
Manage sub-ordinates, control task and deliveries and support them to deliver desired performance on time.
Train and continuously feedback subordinates for both task delivery and interpersonal qualities.
Product management : Support on defining product goals, strategy and deliver continuous product improvements based on user needs & problems.
Track development of external parties, other departments and retain closed and effective collaborative relationship with relevant parties.
Conducting regular and frequent thorough market, competitors and own sales network research, which may include taking surveys, doing desktop research, sending emails and making calls, and even field visits of our own or competitors’ sales network to collect all necessary inputs helping to analyse and understand market trends or to explain performance results found from company reports or raw data.
Attending different meetings and workshops and performing high-quality, accurate and timely execution of tasks related to the new products / processes / projects delivery or enhancement of existing ones assigned by Head of unit, Product Owner or Project Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
At least 3-years experience at product development or support position in a Consumer Finance company or a Bank, E-Wallets
Digital, Online, App knowledge to drive products to digital
Consumer finance or Banking or Payments experience with an understanding of the consumer of Revolving loan products (Credit Cards, BNPL, Revolving Limits) processes, technologies, etc.
Management experience of 2 years and above
Understands the business and industry dynamics of consumer and Revolving loans products, and is passionate to assist on delivery of new and winning solutions
Ability to analyse vague inquiries and clarify specific tasks, next steps and deliverables
Ability to memorize details like product parameters and specifications, systems, processes, etc.
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of how relational databases work and SQL language (basics)
Fluent English
University Degree (Marketing, Economics & Finance or Banking, IT)
