Support Senior Manager and Head of Investigation (HOI) to investigate all violations / frauds to protect benefits of customer as well as company to provide assurance to PCA and PVA management on the compliance with Group’s, PCA’s standards and local government regulations.
1. Support Investigation Senior manager and (HOI) to conduct investigation of customer fraud-related complaints / non-customer fraud-related complaints :
2. Support Investigation Senior manager and HOI to conduct investigation of sales force / employee cases received from other sources (PCA Confidential Helpline / compliance hotline / report from agency, etc.).
3 . Support Investigation Senior manager and (HOI) to Propose Sales Force Disciplinary Committee’s (SFDC) or employee disciplinary decisions.
4 . Support Investigation Senior manager and HOI to lead, supervise and guide Investigation team.
5 . Others : to be assigned by Investigation Senior Manager, HOI, Department Head and / or Company’s top management (if any).
