  • General Management, Strategic Planning and Cost Management (50%)
  • Partnering with the Operations Manager
  • Provide constant leadership in managing internal and external marketing team and projects day-to-day under the supervision and direction of line manager
  • Provide reports as assigned by line manager / brand
  • Manage marketing schedule on a weekly basis
  • Strategic marketing planning & presentation, and implementation of all marketing activities
  • In-depth familiarization of brand guidelines and company policies
  • Seeking & closely working with agencies in digitals / PR & events to find new ways / channels to promote / market and effectively reach out the target market
  • Manage the cost within the budget approved by line managers, cost-efficiency is reinforced at all times but without sacrificing quality of output
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of report based on IPP F&B standard template sent internally or externally, including Marketing Plans, Calendar, Budget, Weekly report, Value proposition, Post mortem report and other pertinent reports as requested by line manager / principal
  • Brand Activation : (30%)
  • Create and execute with staffs all programs to achieve channel KPIs (sales volume, market share, OD share, market coverage)
  • Review market developments and customer needs on regular basis
  • Aggresively work with delivery partners for sales driven activities (eg. Grab / Gojek / Now, ) & ensure maximum beniefits for brand
  • Work closely with Marketing team and related departments to develop an effective trade promotion strategy and its activities based on market situation
  • Ensure team members understand and align on the strategy and key objectives
  • Monitor the effectiveness of each trade investment and ensure maximum returns
  • Evaluate all campaigns for further improvement
  • Handle other tasks assigned by line manager
  • Products Management (20%)
  • Lead NPD funtion for new products development, build up recipe as well as food cost struture.
  • Align with principles for product approval.
  • Proposing selling prices that competative but still meet COG standard
  • Align with Operations & Procurement for ingredients forecast & purchasing
  • Align with related department for products inventory & production leadtime.
  • Mornitor product mix in weekly or monthly basis.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in same level position, prefer candidates have experience in F&B & retails industry.
  • Strong reporting skills.
  • Pro-active, adaptive and good follow-through
  • Positive attitude, result oriented, resourceful, innovative
  • Good command of English in writing & speaking
  • Has experience in opening new stores activities and activation
  • Competent in office computer skills
  • Highly committed, passion, well organized, pro-active, honest, integrity, detailed, persevere and diligent
