We are currently looking for a Manager, INCA Operations to join us.

Reporting of the role

This role reports to : INCA Lead

In this role, your goals will be :

In three months :

Fluent GroupM processes

Manage to sell & run an influencer campaign on your own from A to Z

In six months :

Manage all influencer campaigns for one agency among GroupMs 3 agencies independently

Fluent integrated media channels

In 12 months :

Build a team from scratch

Complete Digital training courses from our vendors (Google, Facebook, Tiktok)

Job description :

Closely work with integrated planning teams in taking & digesting clients brief

Closely work and manage vendors in campaign executing & reporting

Closely work with internal stakeholders in optimizing campaigns

Manage influencer projects from budgeting, KPI setting, implementing to final reporting / Report to INCA lead about daily project operation, KPI tracking & final reporting.

Ensure project information (budget, phasing etc) is well reported in the system

Ensure administrative requirements (contracting, allocation management etc) are well managed per clients principle

Qualifications & competency :

Minimum 2-4 year experience in advertising / communication industry, especially as a project / account management role

Problem solving

Good interpersonal skill

Medium level of knowledge about media (digital, TV)

Good in communication : Master in Vietnamese (both speaking & writing) & Excellent in English (speaking, presenting & writing)

Good in MS office

Good at numbers & Excel

Has basic knowledge on influencer marketing

Has a good sense on influencer content
