About NinjaDirect NinjaVan ’s New Business Units (NBU) department innovates on new products, explores new businesses and strategic initiatives for NinjaVan across South-East Asia.

It takes a long-term view of Southeast Asia and explores additional use cases for Ninja’s network, with ownership over execution and growth of these use cases into full-fledged business units.

NinjaDirect is a fast-growing initiative within the NBU ecosystem which aims to help our shippers better navigate the complexities and challenges of cross-border sourcing, leveraging Ninja’s extensive regional logistics network to ensure excellent end-to-end service, from procurement to payments to last-mile delivery.

Responsibilities :

  • Source, qualify and approach leads, including through online research, on-ground canvassing and cold calling
  • Prospect, acquire and onboard shippers by presenting NinjaDirect ’s value proposition in a compelling manner through sales calls and in person sales meetings with key decision makers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with onboarded shippers to retain shippers, increase wallet share and grow revenues
  • Provide high-touch, end-to-end support throughout the sales and order life cycle as the single point of contact between shippers and NinjaDirect to ensure a positive experience for shippers
  • Conduct market research and surveys on shippers to better understand shipper needs and wants to support product and market development teamsPerform other duties according to the functions and requirements of the direct line manager
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelors’ Degree from reputable university
  • One year of relevant business development or sales experience, with a strong and proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Prior experience in e-commerce, financing, credit card / insurance sales role is advantageous
  • Highly driven, target-oriented, self-starter with good initiative and persistence Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese, proficiency in English is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
