For the first full-time Store Manager in Hanoi, we're searching for a naturally dynamic leader with great service and sales expertise.
You will create a retail atmosphere that is centered on our customers and provide the groundwork for our sales culture. You are passionate about people management and understand that leading by example is the best way to get the most out of your team.
When it comes to the customer journey, you are obsessive about every detail and excel at making data-driven decisions.
What you will do : Customer Experience
Creating a customer experience that focuses on building relationships through the connection and relation of our brand and brand values
Passionate about the Dot Dot mission of empowering women to buy jewelries for themselves
Increasing customer awareness about Dot Dot in Hanoi and Vietnam
Protecting and enhancing the Dot Dot omni channel customer journey. Hosting and conceptualizing in-store activations, and partnerships, that speak to our community and enhance the customer experience
Being the voice of the customer, ensuring insights and opportunities to improve brand, product and services are communicated back to the Founder.
Building a Team
Recruit, retain and develop a unique sales talent through continuous daily networking and interviewing prospective candidates
Develop, coach, and mentor a service-minded and high performing sales team
Maintain a performance culture of ownership, continuous improvement and goal achievement through consistent one-on-ones.
Build and promote strong collaborative relationships in Hanoi
