Main Responsibilities & Tasks :
Undertake installation and commission of equipment supplied by Sartorius.
Provide after-sales service for customers within agreed respond time.
Work with the service sales team to prepare the service contract or service proposal to customers
Maintain a service history register for all relevant equipment / system.
Coordinate with local sub-contractors e.g. plumbing works whenever necessary for certain products and to provide overall supervision of the job.
Recommend appropriate spare parts and service proposal to customer with objective of minimizing the lead time for trouble-shooting.
Liaise and co-operate with service support specialist on order processing.
Liaise with regional trainer / headquarters trainer for service support.
Develop and maintain good rapport with customers and working colleagues for smooth operation of the business.
To always act in a responsible manner to avoid risk to self or to the company and comply with the workplace safety and health and security policy.
Undertake any relevant tasks as may be directed by the superior from time to time.
Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical / Electronic Engineering
Minimum 3 years’ experience in life science industry
Good team player and is able to work independently with minimum supervision
Has good presentation and interpersonal skills
Good communication in both English and Vietnamese
Must be familiar with computer software programs i.e MS Office applications
