1) Safety :

  • Follow Ecolab safety guidelines and incident reporting requirements
  • Act as a safety champion at customers’ sites
  • 2) Business Planning & Review

  • Meet sales and profitability targets Area and Division
  • Analyse and review with manager business results, identify growth opportunities and action plans
  • Grow Territory - deploy new programs and initiatives
  • Implement targeted price increases at designated customers
  • Establish service call plan to meet service level agreements
  • Monitor and report market intelligence in territory (competitors, customers)
  • 3) Account Management

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships at all levels
  • Service customers
  • Optimise account profitability equipment investment, flat fee management)
  • Implement agreed corporate account commitments and proactively inform CAM of results, issues and initiatives
  • Prepare and hold periodic business reviews with strategic customers
  • Identify and monitor timely customers-at-risk, contract renewals and determine retention action plan with manager
  • Ensure collection of receivables to proactively prevent credit holds
  • 4) Customer Value Delivery and Documentation

  • Proactively identify, develop and implement solutions to improve results, customer service, and total cost
  • Identify, quantify and communicate the Ecolab value provided
  • 5) Account Prospecting in conjunction with CAM / DM / FSM

  • Manage Grow to Win funnel and acquisition plan
  • Conduct trials; produce and present customer proposal in line with internal approval process
  • Negotiate and close the deal and implement conversion and start-up plan
  • Manage competitor behaviour

    Required :

  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales environment, Chemical industry
  • Industry experience
  • Excellent planning, organizational, communication, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure, and with little direction
  • Customer service orientation with consultative selling aptitude
  • Technical understanding electrical, mechanical)
  • Experience working with and knowledge of computers MS Office suite)
  • Fluent in English
  • Preferred :

  • BA / BS / Food Science & Chemical degree
  • 2+ years commercial laundry experience
  • English language skills
