In charge space layouts and concepts in all stores.
Cooperate with Merchandising team to optimize the planogram : product display structure, quarterly review the category performance to give the report on the display efficiency of existing products and new products, then give the recommendation to Merchandiser on item should be reduced the display facing or delisted.
Analyse sale data to recommend product / supplier to be deleted or supported to impulse sales.
Work with Merchandising team to consider the space share in planogram for each supplier.
Manage the percentage space of each category in detail . Analyse layout and organize categories consistently. Analyse and define the market trend to manage linear and re-
organize the store layout.
React to any changes in stores demand
Work with buyers, suppliers, branding identity and design team to create special concepts in stores. Follow up and reinforce concept’s design to have category visibility.

Ensure the product display efficiency based on the sales per space KPI
Ensure the category development through the display and according to the market trend
Ensure the planogram compliance at stores
Colleague degree in BA of Economic, Foreign Trade, Commerce
Prefer experience in similar position in super market, CVS, beauty stores.
Fluently in Ms.Word, Excel, powerpoint, Spaceman
Good English skill (both writting & speaking)
Analysis, planning, negotiation, problem solving, management skills, customer satisfaction
Understand market trend, customer behavior
