Report to : Head of Project & Construction Management Department

Minimum of 3 5 years working in property development, project or construction management
Strong understanding of local authority’s procedures and Laws related to Property Development and implementation
Strong leadership, assertive and initiative and able to communicate with all levels
Be able to build up and strengthen wide networking with authorities in various departments and working levels
Excellent command of English
