Under this 06-month intensive program, you’ll be empowered to involve directly in driving business impact & contributing to hyper growth strategy of Home Credit Vietnam by participating in our cross-functional projects of the company with sponsorship from C-suite levels.

Directly involve in both local & global technology projects under mentorship of line manager, buddy and other top business leaders to explore & drive technical readiness for adoption of new Call Center technologies to enhance system quality for 1000+ Call Center Operators.
Hands-on develop and establish technical and operating standards of Call Center System by implementing and reviewing operating structure of Call Center to not only maintain but also optimize and drive system enhancement and performance.
Perform periodic inspections of the Telecommunications & Call Center facilities and equipment to determine compliance with established standards, specifications, instructions, and regulations.
Conduct field and special tests to determine efficiency, adequacy, durability and desirability of equipment in relation to service demands.
Drive customer-obsession value by truly understanding end-user needs then providing dedicated technical support to resolve their obstacles
Final-year student from top-notch universities (preferably Software Engineering / Computer Science major or relevant) with GPA from 3.
0 / 4.0 OR fresh graduate with less than 1 year of work experience
Passionate in applying new technologies to transform business
Foundational knowledge in System, Network and IT Helpdesk with a strong self-development drive is indeed a strong plus to accelerate your development faster
Proficient in English to well communicate in our multi-cultural environment
Good logical, critical thinking & problem-solving to detect the business situation then propose positive changes.
Effectively work both in a team and on your own
