Job Description

Shopper and channel expertise

  • Translate shopper & channel insights into action and be assured of brilliant execution to drive growth in assigned channels for ULV categories and brands
  • Drive shopper centric spirit across cross functions and embed latest shopper solutions into data-driven shopper path to purchase to provide shopper seamless experience in both online and offline channels
  • Champion channel audit, data analysis for assigned channels to spot out related issues and opportunities for growth
  • Provide actionable inputs for category management to make Unilever the first partner choice of customer
  • Pioneer data-driven marketing and selling, brand building, and digital initiatives in Omni channels for Unilever to sustain market leadership in this emerging channel
  • Host internal strategic workshop about shopper, channel, new initiatives for shopper solution
  • Customer-facing

  • Direct engagement with customers (Co.opmart, MT Emerging Channels - Minimart, CVS, MT Health & Beauty, MT Drugstore) for shopper solutions, piloting new initiatives, strategic approach and execution for O2O thematic key events
  • Build yearly event calendar for Omni channels
  • Bring brand power and discruptive / stunt into channel deployment
  • Project owner of data-driven e-promotion platform

  • Fast track digital adoption habit of shoppers in both online and offline stores via ULV data-driven shopper solution quatangunilever.com
  • Revamp product positioning for quatangunilever.com to be the best in-class loyalty program in the FMCG industry
  • Perfect UX / UI for quatangunilever.com based on shopper-centric approach
  • Liase with cross function stakeholders to scale up quatangunilever.com as an engagement hub for Unilever brands, set up the manual guidelines and service catalogue
  • Job Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years in relevant role in FMCG, tech company
  • Experience in platform building, UI / UX is an advantage
  • Embrace strong bias for action, esp. in exploring and pioneering new solutions and initiatives
  • Strong in insight generation, data analysis and concept building
  • Proactivity & high sense of ownership to independently lead the workstream
  • Strong interpersonal skills & ability to work & coordinate effectively with cross functional teams
  • Strategic influencing skills
