Job Information

  • Must have a min of 5yrs (10 yrs preferred) previous Office Administration or Office Mgr experience
  • Act as main contact and project leader in our efforts towards a smooth opening of our representative office in HCMC.
  • Must have experience with importing and exporting products.
  • Must have very good English skills (written and verbal).
  • Will use mature judgment in completing activities and operate under general supervision.
  • Must liaise with various Glbl offices ensure timely communications.
  • Must be well organized, flexible, and enjoy various administrative challenges (mundane standard, to strategic projects).
  • Generate / edit letters, memos, presentations, reports and other executive-level correspondence and documents.
  • Maintain basic Accounting and Monthly Reports
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor&'s degree preferred with 5-10 years of Admin or Ofice Mgr experience.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word & Excel.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative to recognize needs and proactively completes tasks as they arise
  • Very good English verbal and written communication and organizational skills
  • Strong decision-making ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain detail-oriented when working on multiple projects
  • Dedicated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
