KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Develop and deliver professional online / offline training to salesforce to maximize sales network effectiveness by determining and solving their training needs

Define objectives for a course and / or curriculum & prepare an outline of the concept for a course or curriculum, content delivery, assessments, accompanying materials, and complementary learning approaches.

Work on production (graphics placement, animations, audio importing & editing)

Write and edit newsletter articles or other publicity pieces.

Keep up to date on learning tools, trends, and ideas.

Work with subject matter experts and course sponsors to collect feedback and integrate it into the next course draft.

Plan, organize and deliver comprehensive sales training programs, which includes online and offline, to internal and external sales teams with highly productive, timely and professional;

Involve in training projects as a project member to develop training material as required;

Other tasks to be assigned by Line Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

At least 03 years of experience in online training or educational or sales training

A generic understanding of Information Technology, its capabilities and principles;

Be familiar with MS Office & Design / Video Maker Tools : Photoshop, AI, etc

Experienced with E-Learning platforms is a plus

Soft skills : Presentation; Critical thinking; Problem Solving; Collaboration; Digital Savviness.
