This role is to develop and execute key initiatives to develop Core Agents

The Manager of Core Agent Development is expected to

i)Deliver execution plans for capabilities building core agents (PE, MDRT) and any assigned projects that support the business objectives

ii)Work with focus and core values that align with PVA culture

Job Responsibilities

Deliver execution plans aim at building Core Agents (PE, MDRT)

  • Develop and execute initiatives through training & development, activities, engagement platforms and supporting tools to increase sales competence, productivity and professionalism of Agents
  • Implement and execute the various capabilities building initiatives on the ground through various stakeholders such as AD, ATD, Agency Planning, Communication, Trips & Events as well as other supporting departments.
  • Direct engagement with agents and agency leaders to ensure effective execution of various capabilities building initiatives
  • Achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to ensure direct accountability and focus
  • Deliver execution plans on assigned regional and local projects to support overall business objectives

  • Drive initiatives to develop pipeline for MDRT (Pru Elite) and participate in building MDRT culture building and development of MDRT agents
  • Implement projects that support the building of strong service excellence culture, performance consistency and professionalism of agents
  • Inculcate a strong sense of career purpose in agents through branding, communication and engagement platforms projects
  • Establish effective communication platforms with stakeholders

  • Establish rapport and communication platforms with various stakeholders to support the smooth execution of projects and initiatives
  • Job Accountability

    This role is directly accountable for business KPIs related to the agency distribution channel, focusing but not limited to agents development KPIs


  • A bachelor’s degree from local or overseas varsity institutions
  • Knowledge and skill

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in the financial industry
  • Practical sales experience in insurance will be an advantage
  • Strong in influencing, verbal communication and presentation skillset, should be able to take the stage and be able to explain strategies and initiatives to the Agency Sales Force
