Brief summary of job profile :
The role’s mission is to convert target audience who exist in each store’s trade area, into guests. This is done primarily through out-of-store activities that engage with and motivate the trade area traffic to visit the cafe.
Key Accountabilities :
Being responsible for driving traffic into stores on a daily basis.
Planning trade area activation developing and proposing activation ideas for both nationwide, city wide and district wide activation programs.
Trade area map : understanding and mapping the traffic generators of each trade area.
Managing and monitoring all Marketing activities which happened within trade area
Working with landlord, creating relationship with community to facilitate Marketing programs.
Managing and monitoring all Marketing POSM at stores
Working closely with Marketing team overhead to execute nationwide promotion.
Education / Training Qualifications
University degree, preferably with marketing focus.
Prefer Operation experience.
Experience in promoting / selling
Experience in retail desirable
Experience in planning, presenting
Knowledge of : Selling
Coordination of multiple projects
Skills (Ability to) :

Excellent written and verbal skills in Vietnamese and English
