1. Contributes to the company’s sales growth expectations
Executes tactical plans to meet and exceed growth sales targets.
Maintains a healthy sales pipeline at all times by continually engaging new clients.
Identifies prospective sales opportunities within the assigned sectors and industries.
Networks at appropriate functions with the purpose of meeting potential clients.
Conducts sales presentations and carry out meetings with clients.
Appropriately question, listen to, and interpret potential and new client requirements.
Sets the right expectations for clients.
Facilitates service trials if necessary.
Prepares and presents written proposals and price quotations, making sure that all products and services are given equal sales attention.
Closes deals at appropriate price levels and completes all accreditation requirements imposed by the clients before hand-over to the account management team.

2. Contributes to the over-all achievement of departmental goals and company objectives
Properly transitions new clients to the appropriate Account Manager.
Assists the account management team with initial client education and service information upon turnover if necessary.
Ensures that all acquired sales are supported by proper documentation to facilitate subsequent payment collection.
Properly endorses new clients to the finance and collection team.
Accurately transfer appropriate information and feedback from clients to the business.
Actively participate in all internal trainings, new product briefing and testing if and when needed, and communicate feedback to relevant internal stakeholders.
Listen to, accurately interpret and follow instructions.
Attend and participate in all internal meetings
3. Maintains high standards in terms of personal sales discipline, work ethic and professionalism
Punctual in reporting to work and attending client meetings.
Properly manages leave schedules vis-à-vis work commitments.
Optimizes time spent at work and knows how to manage workload effectively.
Properly schedules and performs critical sales activities such as client calls, client visits, proposal and contract preparation and other administrative tasks.
Executes work requirements in a timely and accurate manner, making sure to follow company SOPs when applicable.
Provides accurate updates and feedback.
Endeavors to keep common company equipment in good working condition and assigned equipment secure and damage-free.
4. Ensures compliance with Isentia policies and standards, and ensures compliance will all local statutory requirements.
Complies with all local legislative requirements.
Adheres to company policies and procedures and the corporate Code of Conduct.
Where appropriate keeps up to date with legislative requirements through membership of industry organisations.
Ensures personal adherence to workplace health and safety requirements and either addresses or brings to management’s attention when others are in breach of these requirements.
Acts in an ethical way with company assets and others.

Education : Degree in media, communications, advertising, marketing or business
Business Skills : Must have at least 5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment; a positive and
determined approach to researching and analyzing new business opportunities .
Industry experience : Corporate sales experience and knowledge of the market, current media issues, competitor
behavior and strategy. Exposure to the PR and Advertising industries is deemed desirable.
Management skills : Experience in dealing with a range of senior stakeholders and can demonstrate that they have been an effective member of a team .
Personal qualities : Proven capability in hands-on problem solving, with the ability to generate ideas and solutions; self-motivated and results driven;
a genuine interest in mass information and current events; excellent organizational and time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
Eager, tenacious, articulate, diplomatic, high energy, competitive and driven.
Technology skills : Good Microsoft office suite competence, and an understanding of various social media platforms.
Language skills : Excellent written and verbal English and Vietnam. Ability to speak in Chinese (Cantonese / Mandarin) will be an added advantage .
Communication skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and with external parties to Senior Executive levels.
