This role is responsible for managing the product proposition, support distribution channels in rolling out product to deliver first in class and up to date Life Insurance product solutions that put customers at the core of the business, and ensuring PVA has competitive & relevant product positions to offer for different customers segments and distribution channels.
Job Responsibilities :
a. Product Proposition and Partnership
Develop proposition from need-base to strengthen product positioning and proposition.
Work closely with distribution channels, especially partners, including but not limited to Bank partners and other partners to carry out successful product launching, promoting, and monitoring.
Conduct channel marketing activities to support distribution channels, especially partners, including but not limited to Bank partners and other partners.
b. Marker Intelligence
Creates and updates comprehensive industry, competitor and customer information including, but not limited to, new product launch, bestselling product, market share, growth projections and trends, and market forces.
Provides market and competitive insights through presentations and reports to the Leadership team.
c. Commercial Excellence
Develop channel product / proposition customer launch and promotion to ensure the delivery of revenue and profit target of total portfolio or strategic products and channels.
c. Performance management
Monitor performance of Prudential product in relation to market
Provide and present recommendation on product changes & campaign to improve product performance.
Job Requirements : Qualification :
Qualification :
Mandatory : University Degree in a business-related discipline.
Experiences :
Mandatory : Have at least 3 years’ experience in sales, marketing, product marketing development in insurance or financial service industry, or at least 5 years in customer and channel management role of FMCG players with proven performance.
Candidate must demonstrate below competencies and experience :
Marketing / Sale background
Ability to communicate efficiently
Data driven, experience in using or applying data analytics tool in planning and decision is a plus
Advantage : preferably with substantial corporate communication experience
Knowledge and skill set :
Have a good presentation skill.
Be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
Have good knowledge about the industry.
Strong writing, negotiation and influencing skills.
