SCOPE OF WORK
You will be responsible for managing & growing company profiles on social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Google Business Place) focus on planning & delivering high-quality, consistent & customer-centric contents & activities (VN & EN).
You will work with other stakeholders to handle customer feedbacks & crisis on online channels.
REQUIREMENT
Practical marketing experiences is a plus, but not necessarily required (as well as education)
Good taste on design & visual; Good writing & rich vocabulary is a MUST
Business & customer-centric mindset
Smart, good at critical thinking, creative thinking & problem solving
