Measures of success :
In three months, you would have :
Gained good knowledge of media financial tools with the ability to apply the know-how across different client / campaign requirements.
Managed market report coordination with guidance from peers or supervisors to ensure consistency and accuracy of the information in reports.
Developed PowerPoint adspend charts and excel media schedules for clients with guidance from peers or the planning team.
In six months, you would have :
Achieved 100% proficiency with media billing and accuracy with the financial admin.
Able to manage market report coordination with minimal guidance / supervision, and pre-empt any inaccuracy / inconsistency of data.
Highly proficient in developing PowerPoint adspend charts and excel media schedules with minimal guidance / supervision.
In 12 months, you would have :
Able to independently handle all media execution, market reporting, financial admin with accuracy.
Proactively propose solutions to improve systems and processes to drive greater efficiency for Ops.
Responsibilities of this role :
Daily task (depends on Approved Plan) :
1. Input Approved Plan to system (Digitool, Symphony & M2)
2. Create IO
Monthly task :
1. Chase & receive ACTUAL cost from the Execution team
2. Check & confirm invoice from vendors
3. Update ACTUAL on the system (Digitool, Symphony & M2)
4. Submit billing documents (hard copy) to Finance Department.
Quarterly / Yearly task :
True up / Vendor Bonus / Rebate.

A fresh-graduate or 6 months 1 year working experience in finance / commercial / admin department at client-side in-house team, or media agency is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Experienced in administration work is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with numbers and data
Accountable to work under pressure, handling multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Attentive to admin or paperwork tasks
Ability to communicate in English is preferable.
