2. Reconfirm ticket
3. Check feedback from Sales & Operation department regarding Clients currently on tour for following up
Check daily feedback and work with Sales & Operation team to ensure everything is going smoothly
4. Advise Sales and Operation team the best solutions to any issues arising
5. Weekly / monthly team meeting to summarize the tasks of the past week and plan for the next one.
6. Reporting to OM
7. Update new prices, promotions, information of the airlines
8. Update current working situation with partner to OM
9. Other tasked required by OM
