I. Job Purpose
Assist Services & BD Manager to maintain and develop current and new services in terms of reporting, execution & follow-
up, administrative tasks and some other or ad hoc jobs when necessarily.
II. Job Accountabilities
1. Reporting : Ensure on-time, up-to-date, precise weekly / monthly & ad hoc reports as scheduled or when necessarily. These kind of reports could be services’ performance, personal work-
plan, business trips, marketing visits, etc.
2. Execution & follow-up :
Maintain and ensure smooth operation of current services through daily work, provide supports to related parties (internal and external), handle incoming / outgoing communications when appropriate.
Some specific jobs could be services’ contracts modification / extension, correct operation, precise / full information flow to all related parties, etc.
Follow up and manage action plans with definite timelines to ensure the achievement of each service’ targets, both current and new.
Update to all related parties about regulations / process / requirements / reports of both current and new opening services when appropriate.
Effectively cooperate with related Departments / Team to fulfil operation of current and new services such as with Marketing team to build and control service branding at stores, with IT team to maintain existing and launch new services in POS system, with Operations to ensure all applied stores to understand and be able to perform services, Merchandising to update item codes of all existing services, etc.
Closely follow up and frequently / upon-requested market visits to ensure everything is smooth and to come back with team if any wrong things happen.
3. Administrative and other tasks :
Produce documents, meeting minutes, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
Update training kit and procedure for internal usage monthly.
Organizing to attend meetings and ensure the manager is well prepared for meetings.
Liaise with clients, suppliers and other staff.
Arrange travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, travel with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
Take on some of the manager’s responsibilities such as making decisions and delegating work to others in the manager’s absence or when assigned.
4. Ad hoc jobs : When necessarily such as carrying out specific projects and research to develop new effective services for customers.
Notes : Persons in this position are appreciated to freely propose any ideas regarding to services in terms of new services, optimizing current performance in any corners of the job, etc.

III. Job Requirements
College or University graduated, preferred in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing and Sales.
Overseas study will be an advantage.
Good at Vietnamese / English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Computer Skills : MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook), Email writing, Internet surfing.
Highly technology-friendly and be trendy will be an advantage.
