The day-to-day activities :
a. Expanding market & widening company coverage
b. Strengthening company business partner & agents network
c. Open new business areas & expanding distributors to rural area
d. Develop strong business opportunity in every areas
e. Secure existing partnership with current partner & agent and find another collaboration both in community and distributor
f. Follow up potential distributors to close on sales
g. Develop models and build relationships with distributors / merchants to ensure long term sales growth
h. Responsible for revenue generation across regions
i. Ensure quality of Reseller activities and Regional Sales managers Activities across region & Channel
j. Monitor and analyze sales & activities reports received from Regional Sales Manager
k. Periodically review distributor performance through Regional Managers and check on gaps in performance and seek reasons and actionable steps to close the gaps
l. Achieve sales KPI and GMV growth
The must haves :
a. Minimum bachelor degree.
b. Minimum 10 years experiences in the same field and 5 years experiences as Sales Head.
c. Have experience and knowledge about global and macro economy; retail sales process; data analysis, and understanding in sales and marketing strategy.
d. Proficient in English (oral & written)
e. Leadership ad communication skills
f. Able to establish priorities, manage deadlines, customer & target oriented, and network building.
g. Strategic thinking, negotiation skill, problem solving and decision making.
h. Willing to do business trip to all area.
