Job Description

SHUI (SOCIAL, HEALTH & UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE) & LABOR

  • Making Monthly SHUI movement report (for joiners, leavers, salary increasing, job title changing)
  • Making Social Insurance benefits claim for employees (sickness, maternity, paternity)
  • Making Reconciliation Report
  • Receive and deliver Health Insurance card for employees
  • Making the closing Social Insurance books for resigned employees and deliver to them when finished
  • Making monthly and quarterly Labor Reports for DOLISA
  • Making quarterly and yearly Reports related to foreign employees for DOLISA
  • PAYROLL ADMINISTRATION & OPERATIONS

  • Responsible to register PIT Code for employees
  • Register dependants for employees’ tax relief (Collect and verify Document, then online submit to Tax Authority)
  • Receive and verify supporting documents related to House Subsidy program for employees
  • Prepare labor contracts and deliver to employees on time
  • Prepare termination letter for resigned employees
  • Collect and filing P FILE properly
  • CONTINGENT WORKER & OUTSOURCING VENDOR

  • Manage the master database of Contingent Worker
  • Collect monthly attendance sheet and OT to provide to OS vendor
  • Learn and work with Team Leader on the reviewing the monthly payroll calculation from vendor to make sure the salary payment is correct and on time
  • OTHERS ADMIN SUPPORT

  • Send mailing, input mailing on the systems
  • Order stationaries
  • Support the team to deliver to employees including Aon cards, Rain coats, Moon cakes .
  • Go to Authorities Office (Tax Department, DOLISA) to submit required reports in hard copies
  • Making payment for vendors on internal system.

  • Willing to work with Authorities
  • EXPERIENCES

    2-3 years of working in HR Operations, worked related to Social, Health, Unemployment Insurance is preferable.
