Job Summary

  • Understand local market trends and customer insights and executive marketing activities
  • Responsible for supporting as, signed social sales with plan, reports administrative functions activities (KOL / Promotion / VMD / CRM / Contract & payment with KOL / Product license, AD silence, )
  • Manage and database entry of social sales department (Facebook / IG / Web)
  • Execute MKT activities including : Support event online & offline activities, Monthly promotion, Sales revenue, Products Sales, Sales activities, Customers, Stock, Competitor ect...
  • Principal Accountabilities

    Offline :

  • Do the monthly promotion for counters
  • Work closely with counter managers / department / sale / VMD to inform of all promotional activities, store openings and renovations.
  • In charge for store POSM / store activation / MKT activities
  • Propose & Execute local promotion, event, PR & social sales based on brand business
  • Support for other administrative tasks as requested by Marketing department
  • Online :

  • Manage, contribute ideas and update content of owned online media channels including website, Facebook, Instagram and Youtube channel.
  • Reply / handle customer questions / messages on online media channels
  • Consolidate sales order on online media channels
  • Monitor and implement online advertising tools for owned media channels
  • Prepare action plans based on digital marketing strategies to recruit new customers via online channels.
  • Monitor competitors’ PR & digital marketing activities and market trends on a regular basis and propose action plans when needed.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with press, KOL, agencies, editors, and other partners to get support when needed.
  • Follow-up & tracking expenses of SWS activities to keep effective allowed budget in control

  • Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Experience : At least 1-year experience in retail industry and social network platform (FB / IG / )
  • Experience : At least 1-year experience in luxury cosmetic
  • Education : Diploma Degree in any field.
  • English : conversational / business level.
  • Computing : MS Office tools (especially Excel).
  • Ability to start working immediately is a big plus.
  • Personal skills and attributes :
  • Office skills : computing, emailing, using office equipment.
  • Good task and time management.
  • Having a supporting mind, attention to details and enjoying admin work.
