This position is to To study metrics related and throughout shopper’s path to purchase
Strategic Management Tasks
Be a part of operational excellency (to understand customer and improve customer experience)
Key / Functional & Admin Activities
Collect data / inputs to understand Lookalike customer, shopper profile
Connect with BI team to build and follow up path to purchase of category shopper
Understand all reports above and give outputs to related team inside Category
Be responsible for PDP quality, give action plan and following up outcomes with related department / team
Track traffic channel, analyse keyword search and identify elementary risk and opportunity
Team Management & Development
Consistently understand component of Shopper path to purchase with effective outcomes, comments
Effective communicate and influence to senior leaders
Models collaboration with team members, willing to take extra responsibilities
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
At least 1 - 3 years of work experience in in e-commerce / retail, digital marketing, market research.
Data driven, cross function working skill, open minded and be able to work under pressure
Decision-Making Skills : You will need to use the information you have gathered to make decisions on behalf of your company.
Math Skills : Basic math skills will be needed to analyze prices and get the best deals possible.
Negotiating Skills : You will be working with suppliers to create the best deals. Negotiating skills will help you create those deals.
