1. Purpose of the job :
This job contributes to Starbucks success by identifying needs and implementing learning and development programs for specific client groups that will enhance their productivity and performance.
Monitor and analyze the impact of learning programs for continuous improvement. Implement succession planning for employee career development.

2. Key Responsibility :
Planning & execution Starbucks Learning Program
Developing strategic and operational plans for the work group, managing execution, and measuring results
Conducts, facilitates and markets training programs and supports field management in execution. Observes implementation of training programs and provides appropriate feedback.
Assign & collaborate with internal trainers to each of topic and align with Ops team in training schedule
Update the L&D tracking program and do assessment end of the programs
Develop Coached and Facilitators
Implementing & develop L&D process in classroom training and in-stores coach certification
Tracking and evaluating the status of all CFs, ACFs, MTs in system
Develops new programs and instructional materials, which may have impact across the Company or multiple business units. Partners with subject matter experts to provide input for course content.
Selects appropriate training aids. Prepares lesson plans relevant to training material. Ensures that programs are integrated and aligned with existing or anticipated programs and interventions.
Manage and analysis L&D data to evaluate L&D effectiveness
Cross Function Project
Support other cross functions in building the training process in new projects / programs (LTO, SB new concepts...)
Providing partners with coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities and building effective teams base on Succession Planning Process & Performance Development Conversation
Conducts and ensures the completion of performance reviews.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Minimum of 4 - 5 years of Learning and Development in multinational corporates
Experience developing and implementing learning programs for local and global
Strong project management skills; able to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of and experience with Learning Management, online course creation tools, and webinar / virtual classroom platforms
Strong executive presence with ability to develop relationships, build rapport, and effectively interface with all levels within the firm
Excellent English written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and data management
Willing to travel
