Sales Excellence Specialist, SEA (12 months renewable contract)
We are looking for a Sales Excellence Specialist, SEA to be based in our Bangkok, Thailand office.
He / she will be responsible for all dynamics, Anaplan , sales enablement activities including SIP, data , SCT, loyalty survey queries etc for SEA
Collects and analyzes customer, channel and industry research and data to support business analysis.
Gathers, classifies and analyzes intelligence from a variety of field sources and information systems.
Organizes the information into useable, actionable reports for use in strategic and operations decision-making.
Detailed Job Description
Ability to retrieve and aggregate data from multiple sources and compile into a digestible and actionable format.
Study and visualize data to uncover trends and opportunities, recommend strategic / tactical plans based on business knowledge.
Analyze various internal data, including Sales & CRM data, utilize the output to develop actionable insights & recommendations that drive business growth.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve or build data platforms, create, or improve relevant dashboards & reports based on business needs.
Assist at all levels of the organization to understand and advice on sales performance, forecast and opportunity identification using standard tools and methodologies.
Support and implement Sales Excellence program to drive continuous improvement in sales process.
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Data Analysis / Statistics / Mathematics / Business Administration / Marketing / Finance / or a related field.
3 years’ experience working in business analytics / sales / marketing of data analytics
High attention to details / data and accountability.
Data-driven and passionate about solving problems through data lens.
Proficient in MS Excel (Formula, Calculation, Pivot etc.), MS Dynamic 365, Power BI (able to create), Anaplan
Good command in both written and spoken English
