Job Responsibilities
Develop and provide the internal G2 dashboard to track and monitor number of incoming applications / TTD, productivity, approval rate, TAT, SLA achievement, rejection rate & reason, application quality (i.
e error and sendback). Including engage and provide inputs to BB Sales Management team to improve the submission quality from the Sales team.
Perform data portfolio analysis and provide portfolio report that consist of TTD statistic, portfolio performance including delinquency ratios, asset quality including vintage performance and lesson learnt report for new early delinquent account.
Review credit policies (including the Country Lending Program, SOP, product / program / test program from Product team, portfolio campaign i.
e AIP / CLI program, restructuring policy) and provide input / review to the program / product / policy owners, including ensure the compliance with external requirements such as regulator and internal Bank’s umbrella policy.
Maintain BB watchlist portfolio to ensure the adequacy of ECL provisioning
Conduct regular socialization / engagement with all Credit Approvers and Credit Analyst to ensure the BAU credit operation / implementation within the approved framework / policies, including conduct socialization in case there is a new lending product / program being launched / changes in policy and SOP
Implement credit-related projects that aim to improve efficiency and portfolio quality. Responsible for the credit-related system development (i.
e BCAS) / adhoc project, including the involvement in the UAT
Act as CDL administrator in coordination with Risk Management team.
Provide the scorecard calculation for All Credit Approvers and Credit Analyst members
Job Requirements
A recognized university degree or higher with minimum 5 years of credit related experience in the banking and finance industry preferably in the SME Financing Segment;
Meticulous and independent;
Team player with positive attitude and possesses strong interpersonal and analytical skills;
Ability to work well under pressure and meet the demands of the job in a timely manner;
Good command of English.
