Assistant Manager and assistant to the international senior management team

YOOSE is a company registered in Singapore and has its operational team of 20 people in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with organizational standards and processes, including client communications.
  • Manage office tasks and administrative tasks with the management team and the complete YOOSE team.
  • Support the management team with scheduling meetings, managing calendar, and support the organization of business travel, conferences attendance, or speaking opportunities.
  • Review and filter applications for potential new hires.
  • Assist in interviewing applicants and confer with the Management Team on the hiring process.
  • Assist the management team and other staff with the procurement of necessary materials and equipment.
  • Review sales and financial reports and cash flow and discuss it with the management team.
  • Basic bookkeeping and accounting responsibilities under the supervision of our Head of Finance.
  • Handling of banking activities, like salary and supplier payments.
  • Manage reports and personnel documents, including payroll and expense claims, in coordination with our corporate service provider.

    Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or accounting
  • 2-3 years experience in general business administration, accounting or accounts payable in a multinational environment.
  • Proven leadership skills with a history of active management
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with notable experience handling multiple projects and tasks
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to positively interact with staff and clients, demonstrated record as a team player
  • Well-versed with Google docs and MS Office applications
  • Passion and interest in digital marketing and technology
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese language
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizing and prioritizing
  • Result oriented and delivering on time in full all internal and external deadlines
