Job Description
The HR team plays a partnering role with the Delivery Centers (DCs) and Departments to provide HR consultancy and services aligning with business / department strategy and objectives.
Currently, we are looking for a new member who will take the role of HR Executive . In this position, you will work and be involved in most of the HR areas, especially HRBP.
Taking this role will give you a systematic view of most HR experiences, especially while also giving you the opportunity to interact regularly and directly with employees / managers, demonstrating your ability of excellent customer service.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning and delivering HR services to employees through their full employee life cycle :
On / Off-boarding
Learning and development activities
Performance management activities
HR management system (LMS, HRIS, PAS )
Employee relations & engagement
Advise / consult on organization effectiveness
Develop and implement learning and development programs and initiatives.
Workforce administrations such as labor contracts, Social insurance, compliance, and document management.
Innovate process documentation / workflow / guidance.
Continuous improvement of current employee experience / process.
Other operations related to the HR scope.
QUALIFICATIONS
4+ years of HR experience with 1+ years experience in an HRBP role or a similar job.
A Bachelor in Business Administration, HR Management is preferred.
Experienced in planning / implementing HR programs, working processes, and procedures.
Experienced in large / multinational working environments and / or technology companies is preferred.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Knowledge about HR practices and frameworks, HR legal and labor laws is required.
Strong planning skills & organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and coordinate / collaborate across the boundary.
Critical and analytical thinking skills.
A good mindset at customer services & improvement mindset.
Good communication skills both in English and Vietnamese.
Research and data analysis skills.
Good at using MS Office, in particular, MS Excel.
