About the role
Being a key member of the global CRM working group, the CRM Champion will act as a CRM ambassador’ for the region at all times.
Duties will include (but not limited to) the following :
Regional System Roll Out & Maintenance
User Training & School Customer Support
Reporting & Analysis
Take a proactive approach to personal development planning using company toolkits and procedures as appropriate
