About the role

Being a key member of the global CRM working group, the CRM Champion will act as a CRM ambassador’ for the region at all times.

Duties will include (but not limited to) the following :

Regional System Roll Out & Maintenance

  • Roll out the NAE Salesforce CRM solution to our existing network of schools across the region. Currently we have 18 International schools
  • Roll out the NAE Salesforce CRM solution to any new schools joining the group in the SEAME Region.
  • Create training, support and roll out plan for each go-live and ensure regular status reporting against plan to management.
  • Work with the schools to gather information which are pre-requisites to rollout CRM. Closely work with the Central team on the new school CRM set-up.
  • Work with schools to clean data ahead of data migration for product launch.
  • Work with schools to run User Acceptance Testing sessions prior to launch.
  • Work on-site for each CRM launch to ensure successful launch and adoption from admissions teams.
  • Work with global, regional and local IT staff to ensure successful launch and integration between systems.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and CRM users in the region to provide customer service and gather regular feedback on their usage of CRM for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure regular maintenance and data cleansing of the CRM database to ensure efficiency and elimination of waste.
  • Collaborate with fellow CRM Champs to share best practices between regions
  • User Training & School Customer Support

  • Act as the first point of escalation when questions or issues arise amongst end users.
  • Work closely with the Central team to raise the issues or requests and proactively track them to closure.
  • Provide training and support for all CRM users through individual and group presentations.
  • Provide support and guidance to admissions team and management when required.
  • Develop training courses and manuals for all users to encourage adoption and to ensure consistency of usage.
  • Reporting & Analysis

  • Support local and regional management by building reports and dashboards within CRM.
  • Input into the global reporting roadmap.
  • Product Development

  • Support central Business Analysis team to gather insights or document AS-IS and TO-BE processes from the schools and stakeholders in the region.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to the system.
  • Advice management on improving data quality and ways of working by making regular data analysis.
  • Lead the region’s requirement for key CRM features in line with product road map. Support with product updates across the region.
  • Take a proactive approach to personal development planning using company toolkits and procedures as appropriate

  • Take ownership for personal development and work with the Regional Director of Admissions & Marketing to develop and implement a focused and straightforward Personal Development Plan.
  • Take ownership for requesting feedback from others in a timely fashion.
  • Provide both constructive and appreciative feedback, both unprompted and when asked.
