Job Description

Plan and organize the implementation of the business plan; Proposing solutions to promote business activities;

Manage and supervise the work of employees in the sales department.

Training & orientate for sales staff

Negotiate contracts together with Project Sales staff

Ensure revenue targets according to assigned targets, assign targets to business staff;

Manage the customers list, check updated information related to customers;

Manage the co-operation with Consultant & Design department, Solution department to increase the proportion of potential projects;

Signing on quotation according to authorized level

Manage the Forecast, Stock allocation as well as Sales Admin team activities in general;

Manage the overall reporting data of the department & implementation schedule of signed contracts.

Job Requirement

Graduated from Technical majors (Prefer Heat & Refrigeration major)

At least 4 years of working experience as HVAC Project Manager / Assistant Manager

Good in English (Both verbal & written), good presentation skills, Ms Office

Have good relationship with contractors, owners & consultants

Demonstrate ability to achieve sales goals

Strategic & tactical mindset

Strong interpersonal, communication skills, including the ability to influence, inspire, persuade & motivate others

Willing to travel for business
