  • Tracking customer experiences across omni channel, all touchpoints
  • Deploy and operate loyalty program
  • Draw customer portraits and update in real time
  • Market survey, analysis and make predictions about consumer trends in the future
  • Collect, analyze, and manage customer database
  • Collaborating with IT developers, as well as the production, marketing, and sales teams to enhance customer services and brand awareness.
  • Aligning customer experience strategies with marketing initiatives as well as informing customers about new product features and functionalities.
  • Identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences.
  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and effective manner
  • Analyzing customer feedback on product ranges and new releases, as well as preparing reports.
  • Performing product tests, evaluating after-sales and support services, and facilitating improvements.
  • Documenting processes and logging technical issues, as well as customer compliments and complaints.
  • Keeping informed of industry trends and new CRM technologies
  • Working Location : 163 Phan Dang Luu street, Phu Nhuan District, HCM city

    Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • A university degree or higher
  • Relevant Experience :
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experiences in Customer Experience, Service, Fashion, Retail
  • Skills and Personal Attributes : Communications ,Proactive, Engagement, Creative, Collaborative
  • Willing to learn more the other tasks of CE department
  • Good in both spoken and written English and Vietnamese
