The Tender and Contracting Manager has the responsibility to create the tender strategy and manage excellence tender operation for the assigned portfolio in order to achieve the optimal bid and tender win rate.

Key Responsibilities includes :
Managing the tender and contract calendar proactively and ensuring that all required tender operation are fulfilled on time with an optimal bid.
Leading the National Centralized Tender bidding including market pricing analysis and recommendations as well as engagement with other related functions i.
e. H&V, KAM, Marketing, PAP, etc to have an optimal bid.
Pricing Framework Fluent in managing the input and output of Pfizer Pricing Framework’. Provide insightful recommendations to internal stakeholders for approval based on revenue growth and profit projections.
Working closely with H&V, KAM and other stakeholders to achieve the win-win pricing during the Price Negotiation.
Weekly management of GTCS to improve the data available to manage the upcoming tender submissions.
Continuous communication with the regional team for supply management, pricing excellence, tender and contract results.
Monthly meeting with the Regional Tender and Contract Lead.
Management and alignment of Global Tenders best practices to improve tender and contracting processes in Vietnam.
Developing and mentoring of the Tender & Contract Team. A strong sense of leadership and generation of team entrepreneurship.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Pharmaceutical or related science or economic university
3-5 years of experience in Manager position in an international company
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical business
Self-motivated and possessing good follow-up abilities
Good decision making, problem solving and analytical skills
Strong leadership and Good communication skills
Good command of English
