PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Be mainly in charge of the whole recruitment process of positions from the level of Senior Staff and below, ensuring sourcing suitable channels to reduce mis-hires and recruitment costs and ensuring alignment with the Recruitment QP and WI.
Compensation and Benefits (15%)
Prepare and consolidate monthly attendance, monthly annual leave for payroll calculation correctly and on time and in alignment with Attendance & OT Work Instruction.
Getting signatures & approvals for attendance & OT agreement fully for each payroll period & filling hardcopies systematically.
Monthly alert OT hours of staff to HOD for suitable adjustment for labor compliance.
Learning and Development (15%)
Be responsible for learning and development activities in alignment with the Learning and Development QP and WI.
Be involved in annual Learning Need Analysis including compiling the Department Human Capital Learning Plan (HCLP) from departments & develop the HCLP
Stationery : control stationery, company properties and purchase amenities for office;
Cleaning and housekeeping
Admin Payment claims

At least 3 years of experience at the same position
Proficience in sourcing & interviewing
Good in communication and negotiation
Able to work independently or in group under high pressure
Highly-motivated, result-oriented, driven to achieve high performance standards;
Be able to communicate in English
At least Colledge Certificate; major in Business Administration, Human Resource is preferable
Willing to travel for business (VSIP Bac Ninh)
