Now we’re looking for CSP Director to bring your talent to SoftlineAPAC. You’ll be a part of ourGlobal Salesteam, can work in any country among Vietnam, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand.
Job overview :
As SMB / CSP Director you will be responsible for company SMB / CSP organization and process assessment, building program strategy, structure, and goals, managing the team assigned to land and develop SMB / CSP organization and process in APAC region.
You are an experienced executive with proven track record in building, developing, and managing organizations selling cloud and SaaS to SMB customers, supporting their digital transformation, with strong skills and experiences in complex programs management, including Microsoft CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) program.
What you’ll do :
Deep dive and asses the current company SMB / CSP organization and process across external and internal environments, including market, competition, team, sales and GTM, solutions portfolio with gaps vs.
market needs, pricing policies, customer support, governance, knowledge, and skills.
Build program strategy with focus on what, who, how and why, to support and drive customers digital transformation by offering cloud-built solutions and SaaS under Microsoft CSP program.
Design program structure, organization, governance, desired outcome with clear goals, milestones, and timeframe, including resources and action plan approved and aligned across the company.
Manage the team responsible for building, launching, and developing SMB / CSP organization and process, including commercial, procedural, legal, and technical / tools / areas in the region.
Engage and work closely with program key stakeholders including sponsors, team members and contributors to get their buy in and to deliver program goals and milestones.
Build, land and manage sales and GTM playbook and process designed to drive consistent, automated, and intelligent leads generation, pipe management, customers acquisition and churn prevention.
Work closely with key Vendors and Microsoft to integrate their programs and sales plays to align key directions across GTM and sales motions to leverage benefits and drive co-sell.
Lead CSP projects by showing leadership and clear vision of what must be delivered. Make sure required tools and processes are in place to drive consistency and growth across organization.
Communicate, land, and implement changes to the program, followed by assessment of their impact on the organization and program in the short and long-term perspective.
Support building content and landing program and CSP knowledge to teams and organization.
Define reporting needs, work with team to build, and distribute required reports and dashboards.
Manage planning, forecasting, and landing program KPI’s.
Profile requirements :
10 + years of proven experiences of programs management in complex organizations, selling cloud solutions and SaaS to SMB customers, and supporting their digital transformation.
Project management certifications would be an advantage.
Experiences in building, managing, and developing SMB sales organizations, processes, and teams.
Proven knowledge about Microsoft cloud products, CSP program experience would be an advantage.
Strong leadership, customer relationship development and interpersonal skills.
Working in multilanguage, geo extended environment including managing virtual teams.
Excellent presentation skills to executives & individual contributors
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Business development skills.
University degree, MBA would be an advantage.
