Get to know the Role :
To provide recommendation and see through execution of key strategic initiatives that focus on improving the key aspect of Acquisition : On Boarding Speed & Quality, Channel and Cost & Effort Efficiency
The day-to-day activities :
1. Sales Channel Optimization :
Provide framework to analyze and & recommend the most effective (cost and effort) channel to generate leads / convert leads with most optimized cost.
Responsible to see through the implementation and thereafter handover to business owner within an agreed timeline
2. On Boarding Speed & Quality :
Understand the end-to-end process of on boarding DAX and provide intermediate milestones and way to track efficiency (time , behavioral error, quality of applicants both pre / during / and post activation)
Recommend framework to track and improve , thereafter handover to business owner within an agreed timeline
3. Channel :
Work on execution plan to improve the quality of Co-Ops and measurements to ensure we stabilize such quality , sustainable
Define levers that trigger replacement / disciplinary actions towards channels to ensure a healthy , supporting channel
Handover to Sales department to handle channel once it is stabilized
4. Improve efficiency of acquisition activities :
Build dashboard to support Acquisition activities to better improve their services / speed on a daily basis
Build performance management tools to support Sales and National Sales Support manager to push for aspirational results.
Work with various regional project team to deploy acquisition activities
Certain key report to be automated (commission payment )
The must haves :
University degree in Economics, Marketing, Finance, and / or Business Administration
1-3 years experiences as an analyst / consultant is preferred
Have managed projects that require working with cross functions and stakeholders
Business and Financial Acumen
Skilled in incorporating data points with practical on-the-ground verification and thereafter able to recommend logically.
Able to defend his / her own points of view with facts, figures and conviction
Communication and high impact presentation
Knowledge on Transportation industry & Channel Management is a plus
